The Supporters Trust donated £500 to Barnsley Hospital Broadcasting at the fans forum meeting on Tuesday 2nd August.  The money was raised at the annual end of season race night that was held at East Dene WMC in May.

Receiving the donation Keith Borrett of Barnsley Hospital Broadcasting said "I am very pleasantly surprised to receive this cheque tonight.  This means that we can continue to broadcast Barnsley's home fixtures to those who are in hospital and cannot get to Oakwell.  We have been broadcasting for nearly 50 years, and this will ensure that we continue for another year.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart".
